FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are orders shipped out?
We operate solely on weekdays with exception of public holidays. As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sales periods and new releases it may take longer than normal. In case of pre-orders, expected delivery is about 3-4 weeks after the end date. Customer gets notified once the batch is ready for shipment. Shipping rate calculated at checkout, free for some parts of Belgium including and limited to Flemish Brabant, East Flanders and Brussels Capital Region. Regarding other ZIP codes, well, gas ain't free brobro.
Can my order be updated after it's placed?
Once your order is submitted and confirmed, changes can not be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order. In case of pre-orders, changes can only be made before or on the end date. Make sure to mail email@example.com or DM Swamp via insta then.
How long does it take for me to receive a package?
It depends. Normally, it takes about 2-5 working days to process your order before it's shipped. If you've pre-ordered an item on the Swamp website, the package is set to arrive approximately 3-4 weeks after the end date. You'll get notified once they're ready for delivery, after which they'll ship ASAP.
The reason why it takes this long to receive your item, is because Swamp is streamlining its production process in order to reduce its carbon footprint on this planet. Leftovers are kept at a bare minimum in this way, which better preserves the environment as fashion is the second most polluting industry in the world. We at Swamp take responsibility. Visit our instagram and take a look at the 'vegan' highlight to learn more about our sustainability plan.
Where do you ship to, why am I being charged extra and why is my delivery taking so long?
We ship internationally with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This as well as the pre-order formula that Swamp might use for the production of certain items may delay your delivery time by some extra days. Be patient, it's worth the wait.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Only Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express and offline bank transfers for now. Bancontact and PayPal coming soon. If you've placed an order using the offline bank transfer payment method, please note that you're committed to transferring the total amount to the Swamp bank account.
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for items purchased on this website. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags and the return must be requested within 14 days after receiving the package. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items.
To start the return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt or proof of purchase attached. After accepting the request, we'll provide you with the right instructions to complete your return to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If less than 15 items are pre-sold, production gets cancelled and a full refund is in place. Customers will get notified ASAP when a batch is cancelled.
How does your refund process work?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If so, you'll automatically get refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process the refund. Mail to email@example.com for Q's.
Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
No, we do not make any exchanges at Swamp Vermin. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order.
